Integrated Machinery is part of the Integrated Packaging Group of Companies, Australia’s most progressive manufacturer of stretch wrap film and equipment. Integrated Machinery was established in 1990 to supply an ever-growing market with high quality, cost effective stretch wrapping equipment.
The company initially produced manual and semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines used mainly in pallet applications. As industry developed, so did the stretch wrap equipment designed and built by Integrated Machinery.
We developed fully automatic in-line wrapping machines that can be varied to meet the specific requirements of each client. With the subsequent growth of our business, the unique approach and talent within our design and production team allowed us to also provide packaging solutions for those industries outside the pallet parameters.
Our development team turned to non palletised goods such as paper reels, flooring, plasterboard and metal ingots. This ability led to discussions with the Australian National Paper Mills in Tasmania, Australia. Their objective was to reduce the high cost involved with shipping their newspaper print reels to the mainland.
The result was the design and manufacture of the largest stretch wrapping machine in the world. No other equipment manufacturer has contemplated, let alone completed such a huge undertaking. This project eliminated the need for steel containers and replaced it with a flat tray protected with stretch film.
Since then we have worked on several major projects with many high profile clients each requiring unique and innovative ideas to satisfy their diverse requirements.
Although much of our R&D is based on fully automatic machines, we still devote the time and effort to ensure that our semi and automatic machines are considered the benchmark for the industry.
Our new EXCELL range of semi and automatic pallet wrapping equipment includes four models using the latest technology and can be tailored to suit most business needs.
